Dimensions of the EI Problem

This paper deals with a variety of technical and nontechnical 
issues associated with the definition of the EI problem.  The 
results are collected from a number of studies and panels for the 
first time.  The MCC paper "Technical Issues of EI" is presumed 
as an introduction, especially regarding the reference taxonomy.
 
This paper's utility is in further refining the problem of EI as 
a NameSpace problem.  Differing computing paradigms are 
described.  MKS, ABE, DICE and CIMOSA are given as brief 
examples, together with a suggested baseline of standards.
